I have collected very old and rare pictures of Harmandir Sahib (Golden Temple), Amritsar, Punjab. When it was starting building by Guru Ram Das, the fourth Sikh Guru then at that time there was Mughals Rule in Punjab as well as all over India. After that Sikh Emperor Maharaja Ranjit Singh take over Punjab. As he was a Sikh so he fully take care of honor of this great place. In the end British rule whole India for around 200 years. These photographs are of that era (1850-1947). Photo credits goes to Google Life Project, Wikipedia and Old Indian Photos.
